ABOUT JENNA

Whole-person care for women who want real answers.

I am an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand and Upper Extremity Therapist, and a Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner. My own pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey made me aware of how little support women receive during this beautiful transition.

After an unplanned cesarean delivery, I was given no education or instruction for my own recovery besides “don’t lift anything heavy.” I had difficulty consistently emptying my bladder and was told that was normal at 6 weeks postpartum.

Too many women are told their symptoms are “normal” - leaking, pain, weakness, wrist strain from holding their baby - and sen on their way.

You deserve better.

You deserve care that looks at your whole body, your real life, and your actual goals.

KORE is about function. Not just isolated muscles or exercises on a sheet.

It is about how your body supports your daily life - lifting your baby, hiking on a trail, returning to the gym, working at a desk, and sleeping without pain.

We address:

  • Pelvic floor, core, and breath mechanics together

  • Movement patterns that contribute to pain

  • Nervous system regulation

  • The physical demands of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood

  • Wrist, thumb, and shoulder pain from feeding, pumping, and carrying

Because your pelvis doesn’t exist in isolation and neither does your healing.

My approach blends:

  • Evidence-based pelvic health

  • orthopedic movement and posture analysis

  • hands-on manual therapy

  • functional strength training

  • Nervous system-informed strategies

Every plan is individualized. No rushing through visits. You’ll understand what’s happening - and why - so you can move forward with confidence.
